Park Attendant I -  Under direction from the Parks Maintenance Chief, attendants provide supplement support in the opening, closing, and weekend/weekday evening maintenance coverage for The Parklands. This position works independently within The Parklands completing basic maintenance and facility upkeep tasks using maintenance equipment and vehicles. The position works early mornings, late nights, and weekend/holidays. This is an hourly, part-time position with irregular hours that increase during the outdoor recreation season. Seasonal Interpretive Ranger - The Parklands of Floyds Fork is seeking individuals with a passion for teaching, education, interpretation and public parks to serve as seasonal full-time Interpretive Rangers of 32 hours per week. These positions will open and close the Welcome Center at the PNC Achievement Center for Education & Interpretation daily, and provide guests with information about the park through daily visitor interaction. Interpretive Rangers will create and conduct interpretive programs (classes, field trips, tours and guided walks), to a variety of audiences. These positions will report to PNC Achievement Center in Beckley Creek Park. Summer Science Camp CounselorThe Parklands of Floyds Fork is seeking individuals with a passion for teaching, education, interpretation and public parks to serve as full-time summer seasonal Camp Counselor. These positions are responsible for planning, leading, and implementing Parklands Summer Science Camp programs for children ages 5-12 in a small group setting.  They will also be responsible for the general safety and development, growth, and skill achievement of the participants in his/her group.  The incumbent will provide high quality outdoor educational and recreational experiences for participants that focus on The Parklands core values of safe, fun, clean, and beautiful. Camp Counselors will report to PNC Achievement Center in Beckley Creek Park. Turf Technician - The Parklands of Floyds Fork is looking for an energetic, skilled, and hardworking turf professional to join our growing team responsible for maintaining one of the newest and most exciting parks in the nation. Under direction from full time staff, our ideal candidate will participate in the daily maintenance of meadows, trees and shrubs in landscaped areas, sports fields, and expansive lawn areas.
