Director of Horticulture and Natural Areas 

The Parklands of Floyds Fork is seeking an energetic, skilled, and hard-working professional with horticulture expertise to oversee and manage operations of the horticulture and natural areas teams. Our ideal candidate will participate in raising and maintaining the design and maintenance standards for gardens and natural landscapes. Candidates will lead and manage a team of gardeners and technicians to ensure quality ecological and horticultural landscapes for visitors within our park system.  Further, candidates will be responsible for communication and direction of contractors for the completion of major projects and initiatives within the park system.  Working alongside the Park Superintendent, the Director of Horticulture and Natural Areas will be responsible for helping to realize the master-planned vision of this park system. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position working a standard regular 40-hour week. Park Attendant

Under direction from the Parks Superintendent, attendants provide supplement support in the opening, closing, and weekend/ weekday evening maintenance coverage for The Parklands. This position works independently within the Parklands completing basic maintenance and facility upkeep tasks using maintenance equipment and vehicles. The position works early mornings, late nights, and weekend/holidays. This is an hourly, part-time position with irregular hours that increase during the outdoor recreation season. For full job description, click here.
