On Sunday morning and afternoon, Parklands staff cleared roadways, and treated parking lots and paved paths around trailheads to help make them accessible to visitors.

As snow continues to fall, visitors are advised to use caution when visiting Beckley Creek, Pope Lick and Turkey Run Parks as they might encounter slick spots.

All paddling accesses throughout The Parklands are currently closed. Additional areas of the parks may be closed Sunday evening and Monday morning. Please be patient and respect closure signs and gates.

You can check back here for updates as our grounds crew works to clear snow.

Snow days can be a beautiful time to visit The Parklands, but please be careful, and keep in mind certain areas may be closed. Watch for ice and slick areas, and NEVER walk on frozen creeks or lakes.
