Paddlers please be advised of a fallen tree on Floyds Fork. The tree is located downstream from the Cyrus Mitchell Day IV Pedestrian Bridge near creek mile marker 30.3 in Pope Lick Park. While the tree is passable on river left, it is blocking the majority of the creek. Paddlers are advised to either take out at Fisherville Paddling Access or put in downstream from the site of the fallen tree.
Park staff has notified MSD, who is responsible for maintaining the waterway.
