Parklands Hosting Free Outdoor Movies in July & August

Louisville, KY. (July 13, 2016). There’s no place like The Parklands! Pack your lawn chairs and blankets and join us for our 2016 Summer Movie Night Series!

The Parklands of Floyds Fork is hosting two, FREE outdoor movies this summer at the Woodland Pavilion in Broad Run Park. The first movie of the series—family favorite, The Wizard of Oz—is scheduled for Friday, July 15. Disney’s latest animated tale, Zootopia, is scheduled for Friday, August 12. Each movie begins as the sun sets.

The Comfy Cow will be at the Pavilion selling ice cream, including an exclusive Parklands flavor called “The Bees Knees.” Free popcorn will be provided courtesy of Highview Baptist Church.

Parklands' Members in attendance can present their membership card to register to win a gift certificate from Blue Moon Canoe & Kayak - the exclusive paddlesports outfitter for The Parklands of Floyds Fork. The gift certificate is worth $150. This amount covers a half-day rental for a family of four!
