Winter Storm Closures - 3/21/18

The Parklands maintenance team is working to clear snow from park roadways, parking lots, sidewalks and paved pathways. Even following snow removal, there could still be slick spots in areas on the roads and paved trails, so visitors should drive carefully and use caution when using the Louisville Loop or other paved paths.

The following areas are currently closed to visitors:

Turkey Run Park NOW OPEN! Updated 11:30 AM 3/21/18

All paddling accesses

The following March 21st programs have been cancelled:

- 9:30 AM Wednesday Wonders, Turkey Run Park (The afternoon session in Beckley Creek Park is still on!)

- 6:00 PM Welcome Center Docent Training, Beckley Creek Park (Rescheduled for Tuesday, March 27)

If you plan to visit, keep in mind that select areas may be closed. Watch for ice and slick areas, and NEVER walk on frozen creeks or lakes.
