Louisville Loop Closure in The Strand

UPDATE, 9/20/18 3:30 PM: This section of the Louisville Loop will now be open on Friday, Sept. 20, as well as through the weekend. The closure is expected to take place again starting on Monday morning, Sept. 24. 


The Louisville Loop in The Strand will be closed starting on Wednesday, September 19 due to maintenance. This closure is expected to last through Friday, September 21. During this maintenance, visitors will not be able to travel through the Loop in The Strand, so should plan accordingly. 

The Strand will re-open just in time for the weekend, but this work is expected to continue again on Monday morning, September 24. 

Please use this time to visit the many other areas in our park system, such as Beckley Creek Park or Broad Run Park!
