Give Local Louisville: Support The Parklands this October 1!

Update: October 2, 2015

The Parklands and 21st Century Parks would like to offer a huge thanks to all who showed their support for our donor-supported public park during Give Local Louisville on October 1, 2015! The generous residents of our great city donated $13,000 to The Parklands. Overall, $2,971,257 was donated to 362 local non-profits during Give Local Louisville. We also offer thanks to The Community Foundation of Louisville as well as the Match Pool and prize sponsors!

The Community Foundation of Louisville is gearing up for the second annual Give Local Louisville, a day for Louisville residents to show their support of local non-profit organizations by making an online donation. The Parklands of Floyds Fork is proud to be participating in this community-wide endeavor!

On October 1, 2015, every dollar given to The Parklands of Floyds Fork through Give Local Louisville will be augmented through proportionate match and prize dollars contributed by The Community Foundation of Louisville and its supporting partners, making your donation to our donor-supported park count even more!

Online credit card giving will take place here from 12 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, October 1. You can also help us by spreading the word. Share our special link with your friends and family, and join the conversation on twitter by tagging @cflouisville, @theparklands, and using the hashtag #givelocallou.

We hope that you will choose to support The Parklands, a donor-supported public park, this October 1. It is through generous donations from members of the community that we are able to keep our park safe, clean, beautiful and fun for all to enjoy.
