The All Community Events Louisville Marathon will occur at 8:00 AM on Sunday, November 10 in Beckley Creek Park.
Beckley Creek Park Creekside Center including the Egg Lawn, The Barklands, Marshall Playground & Sprayground, and PNC Achievement Center for Education & Interpretation will be accessible on race day. Park roads in Beckley Creek Park will be closed at the Thornton Bridge south of Egg Lawn to the southern entrance at Echo Trail. Road closures will be in place from 6 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
This marathon is expected to be large, with approximately 1,000 attendees. The run will continue onto the Louisville Loop through Pope Lick Park, The Strand and Turkey Run Park. There will be no Loop closures during this time, but please be prepared for heavy foot traffic on race day, and plan accordingly.
