There will be heavy foot traffic on Hickory, Paw Paw and Chinkapin trails in Turkey Run Park on Sunday, January 26 during the Turkey Run Trail Bash 5 Miler. The race will end by 11 a.m., at which point the trails will open back up to bike riders, weather permitting.
The Turkey Run Trail Bash is the final race in the all new Trail Bash Series! The Trail Bash Series aims to bring local, high quality trail races to the Louisville area through the winter months. With relatively short race options, the Trail Bash Series is ideal for new trail runners looking to experience the trail running world for the first time and veterans of the sport looking to maintain off-season fitness alike.
Parking for this event will take place at Brown-Forman Silo Center, so please keep this in mind during your visit to The Parklands on this day.
