Member Hike: Big Beech Woods: Past, Present & Future

Join Bryan Howell, Trail Experience Team Leader, on a hike through the Big Beech Woods in Pope Lick Park! Learn about the history of the area (both human and natural), how and why we designed the trail as well as efforts to ensure this special place is preserved for the future.

The group will meet at John Floyd Fields parking lot in Pope Lick Park. This 2.5-mile, round-trip hike will be on a mix of natural surface and paved trails. Comfortable walking shoes and water are recommended.

*Hike is open to Members in good standing only and space is limited. Click the “Book Now” button below to register.
