Host an Event

Private Events

Gather for a private event at the versatile Gheens Foundation Lodge, a beautifully designed event facility overlooking Floyds Fork that can accommodate groups from 25–300 people. Host a community meeting in the PNC Achievement Center for Education and Interpretation or the John Floyd Fields Community Center. Reserve the outdoor PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Pavilion for family reunions, picnics, and parties up to 150 people. Hold a spectacular outdoor event on the Egg Lawn or Festival Promenade. Whatever event you have in mind, we can make it happen. And you can feel good about choosing The Parklands for your next event, as funds generated from facility rentals go right back into maintaining this donor-supported public park.
