Fall into Fitness

Members of The Parklands are invited to kick off fall with our Parklands Perks Partners! Join us for Fall into Fitness on Saturday, October 21st starting at 10AM at the Woodland Pavilion in Broad Run Park. This event gives Members an opportunity to learn more about cold weather recreation and fitness activities and participate in the following fitness sessions!

10:00-10:30AM Get Fit for Fall with 502 FIT PASS!
Break a sweat with a non-intimidating, full body, endurance building workout that’s comfortable for all fitness levels. This is a great opportunity to learn about different fitness classes in your area, as well as exercises you can do at home. All ages and fitness levels welcome! Please bring your own mat.

10:45-11:15AM Bluegrass KidFit (part of Crossfit Bluegrass)
Bring the kids for a fun and engaging workout that delivers results and prepares them to be well-rounded athletes! KidFit workouts consist of constantly varied, engaging activities that deliver a workout suitable for participants at any level.

11:30AM-12:00PM FIT4MOM
Get your sweat on with two FIT4MOM Louisville Instructors as they demo a few of the programs that FIT4MOM offers: Body Back, Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre and FIT4BABY. Grab your water bottles and get ready to have some fun with these ladies!

Participate in all three sessions or drop in at your convenience.
